1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Anima Bikes S\u00e0rl, hereinafter referred to as \u00ab\u00a0Anima Bikes\u00a0\u00bb, and its customers in connection with the organisation of multi-day trips or day trips on an electric trekking bike or mountain bike, the hire of electric trekking bikes, guiding services, accommodation and catering services and tastings of local food products in Switzerland and Spain.\u00a0<\/p>\n
2.1 Customers may book their services online via the Anima Bikes website \u00ab\u00a0animabikes.com\u00a0\u00bb. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account CHF.<\/p>\n
2.2 For day trips, full payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by Anima Bikes S\u00e0rl.<\/p>\n
2.3 For multi-day trips, full payment must be made at the time of booking, no later than 45 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified by AnimaBikes S\u00e0rl.<\/p>\n
3.1 In the event of cancellation by the customer for daily excusions:<\/p>\n

3.3 In the event of cancellation by Anima Bikes due to circumstances beyond its control (adverse weather conditions, logistical problems, etc.), customers will be informed as soon as possible and given the choice between a full refund or postponement of the trip or excursion to a later date.<\/p>\n
4.1 Customers participate in trips and excursions organised by Anima Bikes at their own risk and responsibility. The company accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage occurring during the trip or excursion.<\/p>\n
4.2 Customers must be in good health and inform Anima Bikes of any pre-existing medical condition. Each participant must be covered by insurance for civil liability, theft (in the case of hire of the electric trekking bike and\/or accessories), assistance, repatriation and medical expenses. Before setting off on an excursion or trip, check with your insurer that your insurance policy covers the chosen destination and includes rescue and repatriation costs.<\/p>\n
4.3 Customers are required to follow the safety instructions provided by Anima Bikes guides and to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the countries visited. For information, the maximum load of the bikes is 120 kg. The minimum age for riding an electric bike is 14 with an M licence (moped). From the age of 16 without a licence.<\/p>\n
Anima Bikes reserves the right to modify the programme of a trip or excursion in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
