Conditions for taking part in activities<\/h1>\n

By booking one of our activities, the customer confirms having read and accepted the following conditions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019, in the person of its legal representative Mr Josep M. Gorgues Pont, whose registered office is at Chemin de la Violette 8, 1030 Bussigny, Switzerland, and Mobiliere liability insurance no. G-17496880, offers the following activities:\n
      \n
    • Organisation of excursions on electric trekking bikes or mountain bikes;<\/li>\n
    • Hire of electric trekking bikes;<\/li>\n
    • Hire of helmets and safety equipment;<\/li>\n
    • Hire of waterproof 20L bike bags;<\/li>\n
    • Tasting of wines and local products;<\/li>\n
    • Guiding and coaching service;<\/li>\n
    • Transfer of people and bikes with shuttle bus and trailer to the starting point when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • The company \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb holds the MTB Guide diploma from the Accademia Nazionale di Mountain Bike and meets the professional and psycho-physical requirements necessary to ensure the safety of clients in the execution of the offered activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • In order to take part in the proposed excursions, the client must have good cycling skills, as well as adequate psycho-physical conditions and appropriate equipment to carry out the proposed activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 requires each customer to have Civil Liability (CL) insurance in the event of a dispute with others and with the equipment (bicycle) as well as Accident insurance in order to be protected in the event of an accident.\n
        \n
      1. The customer acknowledges that he\/she is of the minimum age to ride an electric bicycle. The minimum age for riding an electric bike is 14 with an M licence (moped). From 16 years old, no license is required.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The customer is fully responsible for the rented equipment<\/span>, as well as for any damage or injury it may cause, from the moment it is collected until it is returned. The maximum load of a bicycle is 120 kg.<\/li>\n
      3. The customer undertakes to return the rented equipment in perfect working order and acknowledges that he\/she alone is responsible for any damage caused during use of the equipment during the rental period, from pick-up to return.<\/li>\n
      4. In case of loss, theft, total or partial destruction, repair or replacement of parts, the costs will be invoiced to the hirer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. The company \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb provides and recommends the use of a helmet. It also requires appropriate clothing for all weather conditions and technical difficulties. \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb provides the customer with all necessary information to approach the proposed routes, informs them about the safety rules to follow, and, if necessary, can provide the required safety equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. The activities offered by \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb may take place in a risky environment. The responsibility of \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb is to inform that, despite the adoption of all the measures mentioned above to ensure the safety of participants in the excursions, the risk cannot be eliminated in this environment.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Customers who intend to participate in the activities offered by \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb must follow the instructions given by the guide(s).<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb reserves the right to take photos and publish them but will inform the customer before the excursion or stay. If the customer refuses to be photographed, they must mention it in advance before the service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Once the customer has booked an activity on the \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb website, they will receive instructions related to the activity, including: the requirements necessary to carry out the booked activity (physical condition, equipment, insurance, etc.), information about the risks associated with the booked activity, instructions, and information about the proposed routes.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Prior to departure, participants must also provide their DNI, failing which they will not be able to take part in the activity.<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Organization of tourist and sports excursions with electric trekking bikes (VAE) or mountain bikes (MTB);<\/li>\n
        • Rental of electric trekking bikes;<\/li>\n
        • Rental of helmets and safety equipment;<\/li>\n
        • Rental of 20L waterproof bicycle panniers;<\/li>\n
        • Tasting of wines and local products;<\/li>\n
        • Guiding and coaching services;<\/li>\n
        • Transport of people and bicycles with shuttle and trailer to the starting points of the hike.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The customer will also receive the \u00ab\u00a0Consent for Cycling Hiking Activity\u00a0\u00bb document, which they must sign and send to \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb. Without this, they will not be able to participate in the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n
