        • Hire of electric trekking bikes;<\/li>\n
        • Hire of helmets and safety equipment;<\/li>\n
        • Hire of waterproof 20L bike bags;<\/li>\n
        • Tasting of wines and local products;<\/li>\n
        • Guiding and coaching service;<\/li>\n
        • Transfer of people and bikes with shuttle bus and trailer to the starting point when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • The company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019, in carrying out the proposed activities, holds the diploma of Mountain Bike Guides from the Accademia Nazionale di Mountain Bike, in possession of the professional and psycho-physical requirements necessary to guarantee the safety of the clients.<\/li>\n
        • In order to carry out the proposed excursions, the customer must have good cycling skills, suitable psycho-physical conditions and equipment suitable for carrying out the proposed activities.<\/li>\n
        • The company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 requires each customer to have Civil Liability (CL) insurance in the event of a dispute with others and with the equipment (bicycle) as well as Accident insurance in order to be protected in the event of an accident.\n

          1. The customer acknowledges that he\/she is of the minimum age to ride an electric bicycle. The minimum age for riding an electric bike is 14 with an M licence (moped). From the age of 16 without a licence.<\/li>\n
          2. The customer is entirely responsible for the equipment hired, as well as for any damage or injury it may cause, from the moment it is collected until it is returned. The maximum load of a bicycle is 120 kg.<\/li>\n
          3. The customer undertakes to return the rented equipment in perfect working order and acknowledges that he\/she alone is responsible for any damage caused during use of the equipment during the rental period, from pick-up to return.<\/li>\n
          4. In the event of loss, theft, total or partial destruction, repair or replacement of parts, the costs will be invoiced to the hirer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. The company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 provides and recommends the use of a helmet, it also requires appropriate clothing for all weather conditions and technical difficulties.<\/li>\n
          6. The company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 provides the customer with all the information necessary to tackle the proposed routes, informs about the safety standards to be respected and, finally, if necessary, can integrate the necessary safety equipment.<\/li>\n
          7. The activities offered by \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 may take place in a risky environment. The responsibility of the company \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 is to inform how, despite the adoption of all the measures mentioned above to ensure the safety of participants in excursions, in this environment the risk cannot be eliminated.<\/li>\n
          8. Clients who intend to take part in the activities offered by \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 must follow the instructions provided by the guide(s).
            \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 reserves the right to take photographs and to publish them but will warn the customer before the excursion or the stay. If the customer refuses to be photographed, he\/she must mention this before the service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Once the customer has booked an activity on the \u2018ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u2019 website, the customer will receive instructions relating to this activity, including in particular: the requirements necessary to carry out the booked activity (physical condition, equipment, insurance, etc.), information on the risks associated with the booked activity, instructions and information on the proposed itineraries.<\/p>\n
