\n- Organisation d\u2019excursions touristiques et sportives \u00e0 v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectriques trekking (VAE) ou VTT;<\/li>\n
- Location de v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectriques trekking;<\/li>\n
- Location de casques et \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9;<\/li>\n
- Location de sacoches de v\u00e9lo \u00ab\u00a0waterproof\u00a0\u00bb de 20L;<\/li>\n
- D\u00e9gustation de vins et produits du terroir;<\/li>\n
- Service de guidage et coaching;<\/li>\n
- Transport des personnes et des v\u00e9los avec navette et remorque jusqu\u2019aux lieux de d\u00e9part de la randonn\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb dans la r\u00e9alisation des activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es, b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du dipl\u00f4me de Guides de VTT de l\u2019<\/em>Accademia Nazionale di Mountain Bike, en possession des exigences professionnelles et psycho-physiques n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des clients.<\/li>\n
- Pour r\u00e9aliser les excursions propos\u00e9es, le client doit poss\u00e9der de bonnes aptitudes \u00e0 faire du v\u00e9lo, ainsi que des conditions psycho-physiques adapt\u00e9es et des \u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n
- La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb demande \u00e0 chaque client de poss\u00e9der une assurance Responsabilit\u00e9 Civile (RC) en cas de litige envers autrui et avec le mat\u00e9riel (v\u00e9lo) ainsi que d\u2019une assurance Accident afin d\u2019\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 en cas d\u2019accident.\n
\n- Le client reconnait qu\u2019il a l\u2019\u00e2ge minimum pour piloter un v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectrique. L\u2019\u00e2ge minimum obligatoire pour rouler avec un v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectrique est de 14 ans avec un permis M (v\u00e9lomoteur). D\u00e8s 16 ans sans permis.<\/li>\n
- Le client est enti\u00e8rement responsable du mat\u00e9riel lou\u00e9, ainsi que des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts ou des blessures que celui-ci occasionnerait d\u00e8s sa prise en charge, et ce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son retour. La charge maximale d\u2019un v\u00e9lo \u00e9tant de 120 kg.<\/li>\n
- Le client s\u2019engage \u00e0 retourner le mat\u00e9riel lou\u00e9 en parfait \u00e9tat de marche et reconna\u00eet que lui seul est responsable des dommages occasionn\u00e9s lors de l\u2019utilisation du mat\u00e9riel durant la p\u00e9riode de location, de la prise en charge jusqu\u2019au retour.<\/li>\n
- En cas de perte, de vol, de destruction totale ou partielle, de r\u00e9paration ou de remplacement de pi\u00e8ces, les frais seront factur\u00e9s au locataire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
- La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb fournit et recommande l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un casque, elle exige aussi des v\u00eatements appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 toutes conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques et difficult\u00e9s techniques. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb fournit au client toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour aborder les parcours propos\u00e9s, informer sur les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 respecter et, enfin, si n\u00e9cessaire, peut int\u00e9grer les \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n
- Les activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb peuvent se d\u00e9rouler dans un environnement risqu\u00e9. La responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise \u00ab\u00a0ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl\u00a0\u00bb est d\u2019informer comment, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019adoption de toutes les mesures mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus afin de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des participants aux excursions, dans cet environnement le risque ne peut \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9.<\/li>\n
- Les clients qui ont l\u2019intention de r\u00e9aliser les activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl \u00bb devront respecter les consignes fournies par le ou les guides.<\/li>\n
- \u00ab ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl \u00bb se r\u00e9serve le droit de faire des photos et de les publier mais pr\u00e9viendra le client avant l\u2019excursion ou le s\u00e9jour. Dans le cas o\u00f9 le client refuse de se faire photographier, il doit le mentionner en amont avant la prestation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Une fois que le client aura r\u00e9serv\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 sur le site de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab ANIMA BIKES S\u00e0rl \u00bb, celui-ci recevra des instructions relatives \u00e0 cette activit\u00e9, comprenant notamment : les exigences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9e (condition physique, mat\u00e9riel, assurances, etc), les informations sur les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9e, les instructions et les informations sur les itin\u00e9raires propos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
