By booking one of our activities, the client confirms having read and accepted the following conditions:

The company « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl », represented by its legal representative Mr. Josep M. Gorgues Pont, whose registered office is located at Chemin de la Violette 8, 1030 Bussigny, Switzerland, and insured under RC La Mobilière no. G-17496880, offers the following activities:

• Organization of tourist and cultural excursions by minibus;
• Passenger transportation by minibus;
• Organization of guided tours and local heritage discovery activities;
• Wine and local product tastings;
• Guiding and accompaniment services;
• Transportation of participants to the departure points of activities and tours.

In carrying out the proposed activities, « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » benefits from the professional skills and psycho-physical requirements necessary to ensure the safety of clients.

To participate in the proposed excursions, clients must have psycho-physical conditions suitable for the proposed activities.

« ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » requires each client to have Civil Liability insurance (RC) in the event of disputes involving third parties, as well as Accident insurance in order to be protected in case of accident.

Wine and alcoholic beverage tastings are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. The client acknowledges compliance with this age requirement at the time of booking and participation in the activity.

The client is fully responsible for their personal belongings throughout the duration of the activity.

« ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » recommends wearing clothing suitable for all weather conditions. « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » provides clients with all the necessary information to participate in the proposed activities, informs them about the applicable safety standards and, if necessary, may provide the required safety equipment.

The activities offered by « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » may take place in environments involving certain risks related to transportation, travel, and outdoor conditions. « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » informs participants that, despite the implementation of all the safety measures mentioned above, risks cannot be completely eliminated.

Clients intending to participate in the activities offered by « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » must follow the instructions provided by the guide(s) and accompanying staff.

« ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » reserves the right to take photographs and publish them but will inform the client before the excursion or stay. If the client does not wish to be photographed, they must notify the company in advance before the service.

Once the client has booked an activity on the « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl » website, they will receive instructions related to the activity, including: the requirements necessary to participate in the booked activity (physical condition, insurance, etc.), information about the risks associated with the booked activity, instructions, and information about the proposed itineraries.

The client will also receive the document « Consent for Tourist Visit and Transportation Activity », which must be signed and returned to « ANIMA BIKES Sàrl ». Otherwise, the client will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
